Another radical Left-wing activist has won a seat in Congress. Cori Bush is an outspoken BLM member who won 84% of the vote in Missouri’s 1st district. She is the state’s first black Congresswoman.
BLM infiltrates Congress
Cori Bush is a rising star on the Left. In August, she won the primary against long time incumbent William Lacy Clay. Now she’s gone on to win the seat with overwhelming support in the 1st District, which includes the city of St. Louis and surrounding suburbs. “This is definitely a night to remember,” Bush said during her acceptance speech. “This has been a historic day from the beginning to the end.”
Bush’s campaign was backed by the Justice Democrats, who also supported Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign in New York. Many believe Cori Bush will become the fifth member of “the squad,” an outspoken group of radical Left-wing Trump haters in Congress. The squad currently consists of AOC of New York, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan and Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
Cori Bush has been active in the BLM movement ever since the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, which is a part of Missouri’s 1st District. Michael Brown was an 18-year-old Black man who was shot by a White police officer in 2014, sparking massive riots across St. Louis.
Many mainstream media networks failed to report that Michael Brown had just robbed a store and assaulted the clerk. He then fought with the responding officer and tried to grab his gun. Since then, Bush has participated in protests surrounding the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

Cori Bush’s platform parrots much of the squad’s policies. Universal healthcare, food and housing for all, addressing “racial inequalities” and of course getting rid of Trump.

BLM riots have resulted in dozens of deaths, hundreds of injuries and staggering amounts of property damage in the past year alone.
BLM is a Marxist movement calling for a revolution to “burn down the system.” Yet many on the Left are calling President Trump racist and divisive. This is classic projection from the Left. If Biden wins we will surely see more mainstream acceptance of anti-American Communist groups infiltrating our Government.
