Video Evidence IGNORED…Killer Goes Free

Being caught on video waving a gun around isn’t enough evidence for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office to press shooting related charges. Police arrested a woman “for her alleged role in a weekend shooting.” Amber Booker was simply told to go home because they don’t see anything wrong with what she may have done.

Video evidence ignored

Evidence is what the prosecutor says it is. As related by Fox News, “police in St. Louis, Missouri, said a woman who was arrested for her alleged role in a weekend shooting is no longer in custody because the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office is refusing to press charges.

That’s life in Democrat run America. Kim Gardner has long “been criticized for soft-on-crime policies.

Amber Booker, a 33-year-old resident of the city, was arrested by metro police “during an investigation into a shooting toward the end of a Cinco de Mayo festival on Saturday night.” They soon obtained video evidence which produced “images of two suspects involved in the shooting.” A woman and a man.

Both photos clearly show each of them holding a gun. Controversial circuit attorney Kim Gardner won’t charge the woman on any of the crimes police are pretty sure she committed. Those would be “two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action.

Citing a “lack of evidence” for each count charged, the liberal prosecutors refuse to do anything at all but they’re still “working closely with police on this ongoing investigation.” They don’t want mobs in their driveway so “cannot comment further at this time.

Despite the way St. Louis plays their entire deck of race cards, the Black community can’t seem to tolerate their new Latin American neighbors. This year’s Cinco de Mayo celebration brought smoldering tensions to a blaze.

Cinco de Mayo mayhem

The fiesta celebrating the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo on Cherokee street was winding down when “gunfire broke out at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.” Even without video evidence, police know that “a man was grazed in his upper thigh and a woman was shot in the leg.

After they made sure both were packed off to the hospital for stitches, they started digging into what happened.

From what they were told by the injured and some bystanders, “the victims were watching some men fight from an intersection when one of the suspects started waiving a handgun. As the incident escalated, Booker allegedly fired a gunshot.” Booker being the female suspect.

Eyewitness testimony is considered “evidence” in most places but not St. Louis. Gardner doesn’t really care what her office does about it. Thanks to her total incompetence, she’s on the way out the door anyway.

Fox notes that the “decision not to charge the suspect comes nearly a week after the George Soros-bankrolled prosecutor in St. Louis resigned from her spot amid efforts from the Missouri attorney general to fire her for allegedly neglecting her duties.

There is plenty of evidence for that. “Her time as the city attorney was riddled with accusations of misconduct and mishandled cases, one of which resulted in Gardner being publicly reprimanded and fined by the Missouri Supreme Court.
