Over this past weekend, hundreds of liberals learned that all it takes to be considered a racist and unfairly targeted by the Black Lives Matter movement is to “walk away” from the Democrat party. Hundreds of “walkaway” Democrats turned Trump supporters filled the streets of of Washington, D.C. and scuffled with anarchists, enraged that they would actually encourage others to “leave their party behind and join Republicans and President Trump to make a better America.”
Liberals walk away from anarchy
Former self-proclaimed liberal Brandon Straka founded the walk away campaign after becoming disillusioned with the anarchist propaganda coming from his own friends. “There’s so many lies and so much misinformation about who Trump supporters are, who the president is. We want people to see that we are every slice of America – gay, straight, transgender black, white, brown marching together, loving one another, loving this country, loving our president.” George Soros does not like that one bit. President Donald Trump’s rampant nationalism goes against the global New World Order he spent his whole life engineering.

Social media was buzzing with images of the campaign march as it made its way along Pennsylvania Avenue. The crowd was chanting slogans ranging from “four more years” to “back the blue” along with “walk away from the Democratic party.” One person posted “The March almost has a #President Trump rally feel to it.”
Straka urges other moderate Democrats to do the right thing and walk away from the left-wing madness. “It’s time for the silent majority to become unsilent,” he declares. “What we want is for common sense people, good-hearted, big-hearted, kind, loving, compassionate people to start speaking up.”
Time to stop the lies
The recovered liberal knows from the inside that the threat is a lot deeper than most people realize and that the only ethical thing to do is turn your back on the Democrat party and walk away. The right needs to start doing a lot more complaining, he advises, telling reporters that “silence” from the right is encouraging the left to even bolder actions. “Because of the silence of those not on the left, the left has been allowed to become radicalized.”

It’s time to stop the lies, Straka observes. Trump supporters aren’t nearly as deplorable as the left makes them seem. President Trump’s campaign already capitalized on the Walk Away movement to feature them in an election ad. “His entire campaign works for all Americans,” one disaffected woman relates. “That was a turning point for me.” Another explains, “One of the hardest things to do is to challenge your own beliefs. I want people to hear my story and know that you can actually go from being a democratic socialist to a Trump supporter.” Most progressives are convinced they will burst into flames if they even consider such a thing.
The biggest thing that the Walk Away group has focused on is promoting President Trump as “the more free speech, anti-war candidate, something moderates can support over Joe Biden.” That’s probably why Black Lives Matter counter-protesters tried to get tough. A “minor skirmish” broke out “between the WalkAway Democrats rally and a counter-protest by Black Lives Matter” which was “immediately neutralized by DC police.” They arrested a handful of anarchists who assaulted police officers. The D.C. BLM Chapter members were well equipped with sirens and megaphones to disrupt the WalkAway event as a “white supremacy” rally, even though almost all the speakers were “people of color.”
