The presence of an ambulance outside the White House sparked a flurry of debate on social media.
The Daily Caller’s White House correspondent Diana Glebova posted a photo of an ambulance approaching 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and it quickly went viral, with most responses coming from conservatives, libertarians, and supporters of former President Donald Trump.
But what does this say about our current president Joe Biden?

Joe Biden ran his campaign with unity as “a focus” and made multiple appeals to unity in his inaugural address according to NPR.
He has also been very vocal in his support for infrastructure projects such as repairs and upgrades to roads, bridges, airports, railways etc.
So why would the sight of an ambulance at the White House spark so much controversy?
Andrew Leyden, a freelancer in Washington D.C., provided what could be an explanation for the vehicle’s appearance.
According to President Biden’s official schedule he was scheduled to travel later that afternoon for Fort McNair prior to boarding his flight off-site.
Motorcade to Ft. McNair. Medic 1 (and sometimes Medic 5) are the usual DCFD ambulances used for motorcade duty.

It appears then that this unscheduled trip may have been what caused people on social media to take notice and speculate about its purpose.
Still, that didn’t stop many people online from going wild with speculation and cracking jokes.
