When Joe Biden finally agreed to visit the border, Americans expected him to actually assess the situation, like after a hurricane. His handlers weren’t about to let that happen. Instead, they took him on a tightly guided and guarded four-hour trip through Democrat Fantasyland. The most important part was when Governor Greg Abbott handed Joe a letter with the thoughts foremost on his mind. He made it public so everyone else can read it, too. “Biden said he hasn’t read it yet, according to a pool report.”
Amnesty at the border
The only way Greg Abbott was able to get an audience with His Wisdom was by accepting a few minute grip-and-grin at the airport, as Biden was whisked through. As reported by the Texas Tribune, the conservative governor of Texas had to corner Joe on the tarmac.
“The letter pinned the influx of migrants on the Biden administration’s open-border policies and demanded the president take a stricter approach in securing the border.” As the Tribune sees it.
Joe Biden doesn’t care that thousands of migrants are pouring across our border. His new plan is to give everyone who is here already blanket amnesty. On top of that, He’s going to allow 120,000 migrants a month in from the four most popular suppliers.

His trip is $20 billion too little & 2 years too late.

Amazingly, they are the same nations which have thousands of migrants lined up along the wall in Mexico right now, “Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.” We just approved 30k per month from each of those places. They’ll be moving in to your neighborhood any day, “able to work legally for up to two years, as long as they apply from their home country and can find someone to support them economically in the U.S.”
Domestic Security Minister Alejandro Mayorkas is thrilled with the obvious solution to our border crisis. “What we’re trying to do is broadly incentivize, in a safe and orderly way, and cut out the smuggling organizations.”
They’re putting them out of business by doing the job for them. As part of the deal, “what what we’re trying to have is to incentivize them to come to the ports of entry instead of in between the points of entry.” That way they’re easier to load on to the buses.

Too little, too late
In the poison pen letter Governor Abbott wrote to Joe Biden, he slams the visit as “$20 billion too little and two years too late.” By now, there’s nothing left to do but surrender to the invasion.
He also made a big deal of pointing out how Joe got a seriously “sanitized” tour of the frontier. One which “avoids areas where mass illegal immigration occurs and sidesteps the thousands of angry Texas property owners whose lives have been destroyed by your border policies.”
“Even the city you visit has been sanitized of the migrant camps which had overrun downtown El Paso because your administration wants to shield you from the chaos that Texans experience on a daily basis,” Abbott snarls.
This Biden border visit is a complete fraud.

It’s all Joe’s fault and he won’t even accept that there is a problem. Things were a whole lot different under President Donald Trump. That’s when we achieved “historically low levels of illegal immigration.”
The same Democrats who fought tooth and nail to prevent the wall from being finished are the cause of today’s crisis. “America is suffering the worst illegal immigration in the history of our country.” We could have sealed the border but it intentionally was left open. “Your open-border policies,” Abbot nails Joe between the eyes with, “have emboldened the cartels, who grow wealthy by trafficking deadly fentanyl and even human beings.” He doesn’t like it.
“Texans are paying an especially high price for your failure, sometimes with their very lives, as local leaders from your own party will tell you if given the chance.” There is a chance but the odds of either you getting hit by lightning (1 in 15,300), an eruption at Yellowstone this year (1 in 730,000) or you hitting 4 numbers plus the Powerball for 50K (1 in 913,000) are much better. The good news at the border is Biden did agree to crack down on cartels.
