Abbott Responds to Adams as Remain in Mexico Ends

Abbott

Texas Governor Greg Abbott had a few choice things to say back to New York City Mayor Eric Adams. For one thing, that he has no right to whine. His “sanctuary city” is only getting a taste of what border states have been dealing with all along. Not only that, now that the Remain in Mexico policy is officially dead, the invasion problem will only get worse.

Abbott Strained social systems

New York City Mayor Eric Adams thought he was being cute with his response to Texas Governor Greg Abbott. “I already called all of my friends in Texas and told them how to cast their vote, and I am deeply contemplating taking a bus load of New Yorkers to go to Texas and do some good old-fashioned door knocking because, for the good of America, we have to get him out of office,” Adams complained.

A few bus loads of migrants and already Adams is having a meltdown. Wait until he sees what the real flood looks like. Oh, and by the way, the Remain in Mexico policy is over, too.

Liberal cities which openly declared themselves to be “sanctuary” places, where anyone is welcome from anywhere, are singing a different tune when the migrants get dropped off in their back yard.

Sorry, they say, they do their own yard work. “No necesito un jardinero.” Governor Abbott made a genius move when he offered the invading aliens a free ride to liberal paradise.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser found out how much federal help to expect with the migrant crisis. None. She asked for the National Guard, or at least their armory building to use as temporary housing.

Forget it, they told her. Raise taxes or call Bill Gates or something. She has a picture of Abbott up on her wall and she shoots rubber bands at it. Her and Adams are both screaming that only a few thousand migrants have “strained their social systems.” Wait until the real flood starts.

Thrown out on the first visit

Liberals can’t understand how conservative governors like Abbott in Texas and Doug Ducey in Arizona can be so cruel and heartless.

It’s unimaginable coming to a country, your first visit here, someone is throwing you out as the governor of Texas is doing and then trying to navigate this complex country to deliver your services,” Adams whined.

This, the border state governors declare, is only a “small slice of the effects of the Biden administration’s border policies.” They bleeptch about busloads.

There have been more than 200,000 migrant encounters a month in the last four months, with more than 500,000 getaways since the beginning of the fiscal year in October.” That, Abbott reminds, is a crisis.

In fact, Governor Abbott cut Muriel some slack when he heard she was going under and started shipping some up to New York. It only took about three bus loads before Adams started screaming. He also said he would put them all up in hotels and send Joe Biden the bill.

Obviously, he got word back through the grapevine that those bills aren’t ever going to get paid because Uncle Sam is a deadbeat. He needs to dig deep into the police doughnut fund and find the money. New York City “is the ideal destination for these migrants, who can receive the abundance of city services and housing that Mayor Eric Adams has boasted about within the sanctuary city.” They’ll just raise taxes.
