Alan Dershowitz: State Has Every Right to ‘Plunge a Needle into Your Arm’

Famous American lawyer Alan Dershowitz bizarrely said one of the most insane comments during the Coronavirus pandemic. On ‘Crowdsource the Truth’, Dershowitz inexplicably told host Jason Goodman, “If you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

Goodman stunningly, and correctly, replied, “Where is that in the Constitution?”

Dershowitz, who ironically is considered to be a civil rights attorney, also stated, “You have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.”

He justified his supposed legal opinion by saying, “The Constitution doesn’t give you the right to spread your illness to other people.”

Dershowitz’s words seem unconscionable, abhorrent, and absurd. But who exactly is Alan Dershowitz?

Dershowitz and His Unseemly Past

Alan Dershowitz, a Democrat, surprisingly has defended President Donald Trump during the left’s ongoing witch hunt since Trump legally won the 2016 Presidential Election from Hillary Clinton.

In Trump’s early presidential days, the Democrats continually characterized Trump as ‘mentally unfit’ for the Oval Office. The liberal lawyer defended Trump against the leftists’ attacks by succinctly saying that this was something similar occurring “in (Communist) Russia.”

However, Dershowitz is linked to deceased pedophile kingpin Jeffrey Epstein. In 2008, after Epstein was convicted of underage sex trafficking, Dershowitz helped secure a secret plea deal for Epstein. It has been alleged that this deal was given because Epstein’s clients included politicians and other high-profile individuals. Epstein only served thirteen months in jail and was allowed to leave during the day to work.

This secret deal was eventually revealed by the Miami Herald in 2018. Dershowitz was exposed and information arose of his connection to the child molester. Information arose that not only did the liberal lawyer defend Epstein, but he actually frequented Epstein’s residence.

Dershowitz eventually admitted that he visited Epstein’s multi-million dollar estate, but claimed that he never saw underage girls participating in sexual activity. At the estate, he admitted to getting a massage from an adult woman but “kept his underwear on.”

Dershowitz is a child molester proponent, but a Second Amendment opposnent. In 2015, while he was a Harvard Law professor, the liberal lawyer went on Newsmax to declare that guns “are not well regulated in this country.”

He also stated, “If I could write the Bill of Rights over again, I would skip amendment number two. We’re the only country in the world that puts in our Constitution the right to bear arms. It’s an absurd thing to be in our Constitution, but it’s in our Constitution.”

Alan Dershowitz defends child sex traffickers and shows disdain for the Second Amendment. Is it any wonder that he now wants the government to force a vaccination on you and your loved ones?

  1. Does the phrase “deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” mean anything to him?

  2. I have never been forced to get a flu shot, so why is this any different? I don’t want one now, what are they going do shove it in my arm? I don’t think so, that would be against my choice to choose. It may not be in the constitution, but my choice no matter what.
