Documentation updated in July 2020 has been uncovered that reveals the CDC is drafting plans to implement COVID Camps or “Green Zones” and a “Shielding Approach” which entails “High-risk individuals” being “temporarily relocated to safe or “green zones” established at the household, neighborhood, camp/sector or community level” where “They would have minimal contact with family members and other low-risk residents.” In the CDC documentation, the “high-risk” population is defined as “individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease” they go on to say that “Current evidence indicates that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19”.
However, Joe Biden’s recent commentary that we are in a “pandemic of the unvaccinated” as he told the press on July 22nd.
“We have a pandemic among the non-vaccinated, those who are not vaccinated. If you are vaccinated you are safe. If you are vaccinated you have over a 98 chance of never catching the virus at all. If you catch it you’re likely to be, overwhelming truth so far that you’re not going to be hospitalized. You’re not going to be sick. You’re going to probably have no signs that you had it. And you are not going to die.”
The commentary and narrative of the Biden-Harris regime and the overall public opinion of the left that “What we really need to do at this point is to make vaccination the easy choice. It needs to be hard for people to remain unvaccinated.” as Dr. Leana Wen, former the Planned Parenthood President told CNN, seem to indicate that it would not take much for this administration to declare the unvaccinated as the “high-risk” group referred to by the CDC in these plans. Indeed, it doesn’t seem a far stretch at all for the Democrat-Socialists to decide that the population who refuse to submit to the ’emergency use authorized’ mRNA treatment which statistically overlaps significantly with America-First, Trump-Supporting Republicans need to be separated from the population for the safety of the “Low-Risk” or vaccinated public.
The CDC’s Document “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings” Reads in part,
“This document presents considerations from the perspective of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) for implementing the shielding approach in humanitarian settings as outlined in guidance documents focused on camps, displaced populations and low-resource settings.1,2This approach has never been documented and has raised questions and concerns among humanitarian partners who support response activities in these settings. The purpose of this document is to highlight potential implementation challenges of the shielding approach from CDC’s perspective and guide thinking around implementation in the absence of empirical data. Considerations are based on current evidence known about the transmission and severity of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and may need to be revised as more information becomes available.”
CDC Documents Describe “The Shielding Approach”, “Green Zone” Camps
“The shielding approach aims to reduce the number of severe COVID-19 cases by limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease (“high-risk”) and the general population (“low-risk”). High-risk individuals would be temporarily relocated to safe or “green zones” established at the household, neighborhood, camp/sector or community level depending on the context and setting.1,2 They would have minimal contact with family members and other low-risk residents.”
“Current evidence indicates that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.3 In most humanitarian settings, older population groups make up a small percentage of the total population.”4,5
“For this reason, the shielding approach suggests physically separating high-risk individuals from the general population to prioritize the use of the limited available resources and avoid implementing long-term containment measures among the general population.”
Seriously, they made a chart. The “Household Level” we’ve already de facto seen, next they’ll be moving on to Neighborhood level which calls for neighbors to be required to “swap households” (so much for property rights) or they may skip straight to the “Camp/Sector Level”.
But hey, that nationwide Emergency Alert System test that overrides all of our cellphones shouldn’t worry you at all.

If this had been an actual emergency an official message would have followed the tone alert you heard at the start of this message. No action is required.”
In the meantime, go back to sleep. Work, buy. spend, consume, get your shots and wear your masks. When the time comes, if you don’t: you’ll be boarding the buses bound for the camps. Compliance is mandatory, resistance is futile. All hail the American Socialist State.
