He swore up and down that the first he learned of his political opponent being raided by the FBI was when it popped up on the news. Totally contradicting his denial, we just learned that the administration set it all up.
Evidence Biden behind Trump raid
Freshly obtained FOIA evidence reveals that the “Biden administration involved itself in the raid of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home despite reports that its officials were ‘stunned‘ to find out about the news on social media.”
Biden also separately got caught lying about his involvement with Hunter’s job at Burisma. Joe started a big gas industry project in Ukraine that was real favorable to Hunter’s new employer. That means Hunter’s influence peddling affected his official business, which is a huge crime.
According to Reed D. Rubinstein, America First Legal senior counselor and director of oversight and investigations, this new evidence “further suggests that Biden officials in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Justice unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people.”

On Tuesday, April 11, he posted a relentless assessment on social media.
“This government, it seems, acknowledges no limits on its power to harass, intimidate, and silence its political opponents.” It was America First Legal who obtained all the bombshell evidence with a Freedom of Information Act request.
They found out that “the FBI initially obtained access to Trump records through a ‘special access request‘ from the Biden White House.” Not only did Joe know about it, he ordered it. If not personally, his handlers did it in his name.
Archives official involved
According to the evidence, “the Archives’ official responsible for administering all access requests for Presidential records,” John Laster, “was involved in the request.” That means the Archives lied too.
The National Archives swore up and down previously that it had “not been involved in the DOJ investigation.” The paperwork tells the whole story.
“On October 25, 2022, Acting Archivist Wall wrote to then-Ranking Members James Comer and Jim Jordan, claiming ‘NARA received the 15 boxes from President Trump on January 18, 2022, and then discovered that they contained classified national security information.‘”

“Shortly after the discovery, NARA consulted with its Office of Inspector General (OIG), which operates independently of NARA. As DOJ has disclosed publicly in court filings, NARA’s OIG subsequently referred the matter to DOJ on February 9, 2022.” That evidence reveals some contradictions.
“If the OIG acted independently in making a referral to the FBI, then Mr. Laster would not have involved himself in the FBI’s review of the 15 boxes in his capacity as the Director of the White House Liaison Division ‘responsible for all access requests for Presidential records.‘” It’s either one or the other. The new evidence suggests that something fishy is going on.
The special access statute “authorizes special access requests to an incumbent president only when the records in question are needed for ‘the conduct of current business‘ of the White House.” That means Joe Biden. “Providing documents to the DOJ for purposes of a criminal investigation is not the ‘current business‘ of the White House.” It is when the objective is destroying your political opponent. Everyone wonders why Joe insists he’ll be running in 2024 even though his approval numbers are in the toilet. Now we know. The fix is apparently in, once again.
