Kari Lake, the Republican who recently lost a gubernatorial election in Arizona, has many options for her future.
She is still challenging her loss in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election but is also considering a 2024 U.S. Senate run in Arizona.
Analysts believe she’s the only candidate who could win next year’s Senate race and recent polling shows she already holds an advantage over other candidates.
Speaking at The Family Leadership Summit, a Christian conference held in Iowa, Lake said that she believes she is the only candidate who can win the race and that she will make her decision on whether or not to enter it within the next few months – possibly this fall.
Polling conducted by JL Partners last month showed that 38% of registered Republicans and undeclared voters would vote for Lake – even though she hasn’t officially announced her plans to run yet.
This was more than double the support of any other potential candidate, including Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb with 8%, 2022 Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters with 7%, and 2022 Arizona Attorney General candidate Abraham Hamadeh with 4%.
Last month, a survey had Lake ahead of all other possible candidates by 28 points in a hypothetical 2024 GOP Senate primary as reported by Just The News.
If Lake does decide to pursue a senate run then she appears to have an advantage as far as public opinion goes.
On social media earlier this month, Lake teased what might be around the corner saying “Are you ready for the next chapter?”
A Washington Examiner article pointed out how much popular support she receives due to her close relationship with Trump whom she wholeheartedly supported and defended throughout his presidency.
It looks like we’ll just have to wait and see what Kari lake does decide upon…we wish her all the success!
