One of the most commonly known ‘Republicans In Name Only’ (RINOs), John McCain, is widely known for his betrayal of the conservative movement on several occasions, most notably regarding ObamaCare.
McCain ran for office on overturning ObamaCare, but ultimately was the reason the policy stayed in place.
Now, he is being exposed in a serious allegation from a GOP leader.
Tyler Bowyer, an Arizona Republican National Committeeman and current COO of Turning Point USA, has been a key player in conservative circles in Arizona for over a decade.
On January 3, Bowyer decided to reveal the truth about John McCain.
“When I was elected GOP chair of Maricopa county, I met with [Senator] McCain out of respect for his office & service. In the first, short meeting in his Senate office, he tried to buy me off by offering local chamber money he said he controlled[.] He wasn’t shy about it. It didn’t work,” read Bowyer’s first tweet.

“I was very young. I believe he and then-Senator Flake thought they could influence me. Senator Flake called me regularly after, until I decided to host Trump for what became the 1st Trump Rally in July ’15[.] Then they attacked me. Fervently. It’s everything that was wrong with the GOP,” read the second tweet.
“I always wonder how many people through the years got bought off or scared off by this kind of stuff. If the GOP decides to leave this kind of behavior behind, it will unite a movement that is totally unbeatable. I think that’s the most misunderstood battle from the Trump era,” Bowyer’s final tweet read.

Most people aren’t surprised upon hearing that a politician tried to buy someone off, but this is much more serious than that. Democrats and the mainstream media are now holding up McCain and his fellow RINO, Mitt Romney, as the bastions of conservatism, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
As the establishment cronies once again gain control over the government, the divisions sown by McCain and Romney within the Republican party are causing serious strife.
The divisions are being used in the establishment’s fight against President Trump, and have always been used in their fight to stay in power. Despite the fact that they have lost the support of the conservative base due to their refusal to fight for their constituents, they still hold a significant amount of power as they become allies of the Democrats once again.
