ICYMI – If you did not watch this Joe Biden speech live, and I do not blame you if you didn’t, you missed a pretty funny scene.
A heckler passed by the area at one point in Joe’s speech.
The man had a bullhorn, and let’s just say he informed Joe what FJB means.

When the heckling started, Joe tried to play it off, but he failed.
The video has the man bleeped out, but you will get the gist of what was going on…
If you also noticed, police sirens were heard multiple times during the speech.
That is because Philadelphia has become a complete cesspool under this mayor.
It is so bad, in fact, the mayor stated that he could not wait for his term to be over so he does not have to deal with it anymore.
Funny thing it is, it is his policies that have destroyed the city.
If you recall, this was the moron that did the jig in his office when he got the thumbs up to turn Philadelphia into a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants.
No correlation though to that happening and rising crime rates, though.
How could they possibly be connected?!
