Under today’s leftward tilted justice system, peaceful right-wing protesters can be jailed by the thought police because they might do the sort of things that Antifa did do, and got away with, for more than a whole year. Gone are the days when a crime had to be committed before anyone could be arrested for it.
Justice tilted left in Idaho
They looked like an army to the tilted transgenders. So, the police treated them like one. Freedom of speech or freedom to lawfully assemble can be overridden by the fashion cops. A U-Haul truck packed with 31 Patriot Front members was busted on the way to their organized peaceful protest of Idaho City’s “Pride in the Park event.”
They allegedly caused a riot without ever getting out of the truck. Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office proudly released all their names to the media, along with a convenient set of snapshots.
Their only crime appears to be the way they were dressed. When Coeur d’Alene police were tipped off about a “small army” packed like illegals in a U-haul, they tilted the driver over to the shoulder with a traffic stop.
Inside police found “dozens of men dressed in matching outfits of khakis, blue shirts, beige hats and white cloths covering their faces.” Most importantly they had a full set of Antifa® approved battle armor. “shields, shin guards, riot gear and a smoke grenade.”
The group’s founder, Thomas R. Rousseau was one of those arrested. The police chief already assumes he’s guilty. “They came to riot downtown,” tilted town-clown Lee White told the network media.
The clincher that they were up to no good are the documents “similar to an operations plan that a police or military group would put together for an event.” Wow, a coordination schedule? Anyone with a day-runner just became an instant suspect.
Conspiracy to riot
Even the left tilted prosecutors acknowledge the Constitution might be old and feeble but it isn’t dead yet. Since they were protesting LGBTQ+/-~ types, that automatically makes them an “extremist hate group.” Prosecutors get to file more charges for that. The same prosecutors who wouldn’t fill out the paperwork for anyone who looted or rioted in the name of Black Lives Matter™ a while back.
They couldn’t have much of a riot stuffed in the back of a U-Haul so they were charged with “conspiracy to riot.” Their lawyers are going to have a field day racking up huge fees fighting it out in court.
Another reason they’re guilty before they ever showed up is because the leftward tilted Anti-Defamation League already had the group on their radar, labeled officially as “a white nationalist group that specializes in vandalism, racist propaganda and flash demonstrations meant to intimidate marginalized communities.” So, they’re being picked on because they are White, which is “racist.” They’re also being picked on because they love the nation they live in.
Showing up suddenly and exercising their constitutionally guaranteed rights to express free speech and protest peacefully is “intimidating” so they aren’t allowed to do it. It’s not like they were simply denied a permit. They went to jail and face trial. How many Antifa affiliated BLM rioters were treated the same way? Not many.
The Southern Poverty Law Center, which is tilted even further left, has been following the group’s founder closely. Now in his early 20s, Rousseau “has been active in white supremacist ideology since he was a teenager. Before creating the Patriot Front, he was a member of Vanguard America, another American white supremacist organization that is also a member of the Nationalist Front.”
