Going back to the 2016 campaign, what was one of the major rallying cries of Trump supporters?
If you recall, it was “Lock Her Up!”
Donald Trump was recently asked why he never did lock up Hillary, and he explained that it was because he was trying to create unity in the country.

For months, we were all told that Trump was going to have Hillary locked up if he made it into office, but that never happened.
In fact, at Trump’s inaugural luncheon, Trump offered an olive branch to the Clintons. And before anyone calls me a liar, here is the video of that day…
Trump explained, “I could have done a big number on Hillary Clinton.
“I thought it looked terrible to take the president’s wife and put her in prison.
“She’s so lucky I didn’t do anything. Hillary is a lucky woman because I had a lot of people pushing me to — they wanted to see something.”
“I thought it looked so bad. Think of it, you have the President of the United States’ [wife] and you also had Secretary of State, right? She was. But you’re going to put the president’s wife in prison?”
He added, “I didn’t want to put her in jail, and I didn’t. And I explained it to people.
“You know, they say, ‘Lock her up, lock her up.’ We won. I said, ‘We don’t want to put her in jail.
“We want to bring the country together. I want to bring the country together.’
“You don’t bring the country together by putting her in jail.”
Sadly, Dems did not see it the same way. They lost, and they declared war on Trump and conservatives.
Trump should have dropped the hammer on Hillary and burned down the establishment like he promised, but he offered them peace, and they slapped his hand away.
Let’s hope he does not make the same mistake again if he is re-elected.
This idea of unity between the parties is a complete and utter joke and we all know it. Dems want war… Trump should give it to them.
