The attacks against U.S. troops located in the Middle East are not letting up
Since October 17, the Pentagon stated that there have been 58 attacks that have taken place.
According to the report, 27 of them took place in Iraq, with 31 taking place in Syria.
Ramping Up
There has been a huge uptick in attacks as of late.
For instance, in Syria, over the last week alone there were seven attacks against our forces.
The United States has been very passive in responding, launching only one counterattack that took at a weapons depot.
This was an attack that many experts called “inconsequential” and nothing more than a headline grab by the Biden administration.
When the Pentagon was asked if they are waiting for U.S. troops to be killed before a harsher response is given, it replied, “No, absolutely not.
“I mean, we would never want to see that. We would never want that to be the outcome of any attack.
“We’re not waiting on something to act. We are…we have responded, and if there are more attacks, we will certainly respond at a time and place of our choosing.”
We have also lost a $30 million MQ-9 Reaper drone near the Yemini Coast.
As long as Biden projects weakness, these attacks will continue and it is only a matter of time before a service member loses his or her life due to the lack of response from this administration.
