Texas has its own set of rules, and liberals and Democrats do not like them one bit.
It turns out, when you see someone trying to rape your daughter, you have the right to use deadly force.
That, my friends, is what is called Texas Justice, and it just saved a young father that was protecting his daughter.
Lost Control
Jesus Mora Flores picked the wrong farm.
A farmer’s four-year-old daughter was doing her chores and feeding the chickens in their shack when Flores, who was apparently a hand on the farm, allegedly decided to have his way with her.
Well, the father heard his daughter screaming, ran to the shack, then proceeded to beat Flores to death in a complete rage.
The father ended up calling emergency services, admitting that he had beaten the man in a rage, fearful that he may have killed the man.
The 9-1-1 recording has the young father pleading, “Come on! This guy is going to die on me! I don’t know what to do.”
When first responders arrived, they found Flores dead with his pants and underwear down around his ankles.
Forensic evidence proved that Flores had attempted to sexually assault the girl, and the father ended up getting a sympathetic ear from the local sheriff.
Sheriff Micah Harmon stated, “You have a right to defend your daughter.
“The girl’s father acted in defense of his third person.”
The grand jury agreed…
Attorney V’Anne Huser stated, “He’s a peaceable soul.
“He had no intention to kill anybody that day.”
If you ask me, the grand jury got it right.
