A 43-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman allegedly had a consensual sexual relationship on the Cheyenne Indian Reservation near Eagle Butte, South Dakota.
There was one small problem, though.
This pair of lovebirds were actually father and daughter, and now, they have some bad news to face. Indeed, some serious repercussions are coming their way.
After their alleged illegal tryst was completed, they were turned in and they were both charged with incest about a month after the act happened.
They were indicted on December 16, 2016, and they both pled not guilty to the charges.
Of course, they were charged for this because they allegedly participated in an act that was between two people who aren’t “legally allowed by natural law” to get married.
These are very serious charges, to say the least.
They could face a possibility of five years in the penitentiary, a $250,000 fine, three years of probation, and a $100 fine to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
Was this terrible perversion worth it?
Was it worth it when you consider the embarrassment and the fact that these two are being investigated by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services because of their actions?
The answer is no, it wasn’t worth it.
First of all, it doesn’t what culture it is, incest between father and daughter is extremely taboo.
Secondly, if these two get any prison time, we all know how the fellow inmates are likely to treat them, don’t we?
My goodness, this world has some seriously messed-up people.
Throw both of them in jail for a very long time.
But for a man to have sex with another man is “legally allowed by natural law?” I say what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own home is their business and nobody else’s. In public is another matter . . .
Let’s see. We have homosexual marriage and sex being taught in our schools ordered by the politicians, common law marriage for those not married but living together, so called fake transgender boys in little girls bathrooms in our public schools and men in women’s bathrooms at Target, porn on the Internet available to all, isn’t it about time our U.S. culture of Christian morality be gotten rid of as is the suggestion of LGBT and the U.S. accept the LGBT inclusiveness of all sexual activity including two adults who are related and well over 18 can have sex with each other. After all, sex between related family members other than the “yew” factor have only the one problem of children born with disability problems and that problem can be solved with politician legal abortion now. The diseases coming from other sexual activity like homosexual AIDS can kill you that was introduced into our society by one homosexual traveling throughout the U.S. Other sexual diseases can show up with all sexual activity but are controlled by drugs and not having sex during breakouts. So what is the difference with sex activity in this country now being any and all sexual activity as the LGBT inclusiveness theory demands. That includes pedophilia too and these transgenders reading in our public libraries to children have quite a few men with pedophilia sex records with jail time and LGBT sex is being taught in our public schools now to Kinder garden kids and up. Democrats, women and LGBT demanded “free love” and you the public vote these democrats with these ideas in so it’s your problem not a problem of Christians because we will follow marriage as God’s Covenant with us and sexual activity should be with a married man and woman outside each other’s family and never with children.

Obama continued Bush’s “fake war” and sent more young people to die in it via the troop surge! This was almost 4 years after Obama’s 2008 campaign promise that on day one he (Obama) would “…start the process to bring the troops home.” Obama also continued George W Bush’s policies of off-shoring America’s manufacturing base by taxing and regulating the hell out of businesses forcing them to move the companies overseas to China! Obama also continued Bush’s “good buddy” deals with Wall Street by doing another Bush-style bailout of Wall Street financial institutions. Your “black messiah” Obama was really and empty suit.
Incest is illegal for two reasons:
1. It usually occurs when one of the parties is a minor and the other person has controlling power that violates the minor.
2. The act can result in offspring with genetic abnormalities.
I used the word “illegal” and not the word “immoral”. Lots of things that are legal are also immoral. In this case where both participants are well into legal adulthood, the act should be considered legal but immoral, assuming precautions were taken to prevent pregnancy.
