Joe Biden hit the panic button Friday night and Homeland Security filed a motion asking for “an emergency stay of two orders blocking its migrant parole policy.” That’s so they can have time to file appeals. There’s a good chance the court will tell them to forget it, which is a huge development. It means Joe got a couple hundred thousand migrants all lined up who are about to be extremely disappointed.
Biden policy declared illegal
The entire scheme Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas planned to justify releasing new citizens loose in America by the tens of thousands has been correctly declared totally illegal. The current version of the plot is exactly the same as the one a federal judge in Florida already demolished. Changing the title doesn’t make it any less illegal.
The Department of Justice had a chance to appeal the order issued by T. Kent Wetherell and publicly announced they weren’t going to do it. They didn’t because they knew they didn’t have a legal leg to stand on.
The handlers of Joe Biden are going spastic because if they don’t get the emergency order they asked for, they’re screwed. They have around 100,000 migrants screaming to get in now and there are at least another 100,000 expected any day.

Without the emergency order, they have to keep each and every migrant in formal custody until they are either approved for citizenship or deported. The whole plan to herd them through like cattle and turn them loose in the American heartland may have totally fallen through.
One thing is certain, those 200,000 migrants were promised citizenship and none of them are going to turn around and head back home. Biden had an official appearance on his schedule for a graduation speech.
He didn’t mention his border chaos, instead focusing on the need to defeat Donald Trump at all cost. If Trump is actually allowed to roam around free he may just do the unthinkable and make America great again.
Title 42 expired
Everyone has known for months that Title 42 would be expiring on May 11 and nobody did anything to get ready for that. Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas simply thumbed their noses at the immigration laws they swore an oath to defend and protect.
On purpose, they threw the gates wide open and told everyone everywhere they were welcome in America, just follow their guidance and everything will be fine. Unilaterally, Mayorkas promised “parole” to virtually anyone who asks, despite not having the authority to do that.
In March, Florida federal district court judge T. Kent Wetherell shot their plan full of holes and told them to forget all about it. He used extremely colorful language to do it. Apparently, his words had no effect on Biden or Mayorkas. They changed the names of a few things, then put the exact same policy into action. As Title 42 was expiring, the state of Florida asked the same judge to block the same scheme once again. He did, and put a two week hold on it.

Two weeks from now will be way too late. The migrants will all be across by then legal or not. If that happens, Joe and Alejandro might end up as cellmates for intentionally violating the judge’s order to continue their illegal scheme. One which has dramatic implications for our national security. They could end up being hung over this.
As Politico writes, “Wetherell’s Thursday ruling left everything in limbo, and the Biden administration’s appeal said harm would result if his orders were not blocked as appeals continued.” Harm as in thousands of migrants invading our border in mass, possibly in a hail of gunfire from defending National Guard and Border Patrol agents.
They’ve been itching to do something effective for two years and might finally get the chance. There’s no word on status of the emergency order as of this writing. Meanwhile, the whole Biden clan is sweating jail time over the family influence peddling factory.
