Shocking new footage and pictures from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has been released, which shows a Hamas terrorist firing an RPG at their forces from the entrance of a Gaza hospital on Sunday, November 12. Understandably, this recent event has been met with a great deal of controversy, as it led to confrontation between the IDF and Hamas and ended with 21 targets being killed by Israeli forces.
According to IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari, two terrorists had attempted to hide among civilians near Al-Quds Hospital before launching their attack. In his statement on Monday, Hagari reported that “during an operation by the 188th TDF, an RPG and an anti-tank missile were fired at an IDF force from the entrance to Al-Quds hospital in Gaza city”.
He further revealed that “the shooting was carried out by a terrorist squad that had assimilated into a group of civilians at the entrance to the hospital”.

The Israel Defense Force responded with a barrage of live fire and shell fire towards any sources they deemed dangerous during this event. Despite this effort however, civilians were seen leaving the hospital building while other terrorists joined in on attempting to launch their attack on the Israeli soldiers.
Ultimately, these efforts failed as about 21 terrorists were reported dead after this exchange of fire concluded without any casualties amongst IDF troops or personnel.
IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari released a statement:
“During an operation by the 188th TDF, an RPG and an anti-tank missile were fired at an IDF force from the entrance to the Al-Quds hospital in Gaza city. The shooting was carried out by a terrorist squad that had assimilated into a group of civilians at the entrance to the hospital. The forces were able to identify among the civilians a terrorist squad with two launchers.”
Hagari continued:
“The force fired at the terrorists. During the exchange of fire, civilians were seen leaving the hospital building, and other terrorists who came out of buildings in the area assimilated into them, and joined the attempted attack. The forces of the brigade combat team, which included armor, engineering, infantry forces and with the assistance of the air force, responded with live fire and shell fire toward the sources of the [attack]. In the incident, about 21 terrorists were killed. There were no casualties to our forces.”
