Diabolical Biden Plea Deal Inked in Blood

Hunter Biden isn’t simply relying on a “Second Amendment” defense to his gun charges in federal court. His high priced lawyer, Abbe Lowell, has a different strategy. He remains convinced that the original plea agreement still stands, no matter what David Weiss has to say. A deal is a deal and this one was inked in blood. Weiss can drop the tax charges they had tacked on to the deal if he wants, that’s his prerogative, but he can’t charge Hunter with anything else at all. That’s what the diabolical agreement insured.

Biden moves for dismissal

Hunter Biden, through his pricey team of lawyers, just filed a motion to have the whole case against him thrown in the trash. In legalese, he’s “asking for federal gun charges he pleaded not guilty to earlier this week to be dismissed.

The reason is simple, the defense team argues, “he has immunity against the indictment stemming from an earlier plea agreement with prosecutors.

Everyone, including Special Prosecutor David Weiss, thought that plea agreement was killed by the judge, when it all fell apart in court. Not so fast, Lowell insists.

The judge may have killed the deal Hunter Biden agreed to but didn’t drive a stake through the heart of the contract. It’s clawing it’s way back from the grave like one of those fentanyl zombies infesting San Francisco.

The diversion agreement was inked in blood, back in July. Both parties signed so it remains in force, Lowell believes. He’s trying to get Biden out of it based on “the immunity provisions of that Agreement.

The only thing Weiss has to say in response is that the probation officer didn’t sign off on it. So what, Lowell argues. It’s up to the judge to decide.

Only charge permitted

The Biden family lawyers are taking the position that “the only charge special counsel David Weiss was permitted to bring as part of the diversion agreement were tax charges that have since been dismissed.” Nothing else matters one bit.

If the Special Counsel no longer wishes to pursue that charge, it has the right to do that,” Lowell snickered with an evil grin. Some wonder if he hides a tail in his pants and keeps a pitchfork in his coat closet. He recently signed on as attorney for Senator Robert Menendez. Everyone wonders how many of those kilo weight gold bars he’s getting as a retainer.

The fresh round of charges, filed since Weiss was elevated to the sainthood of Special Prosecutor status, involves three felony counts related to “making false statements about his drug use when purchasing a gun in 2018.” He’s looking at 25 years but not real worried about it.

Hunter Biden and his defense team “accused federal prosecutors in August of having reneged on the original plea agreement, which they said remained valid and binding despite its spectacular implosion on July 26 in Delaware court.

Weiss has been bumbling around like Inspector Clouseau for more than five years now but continues to insist that “their investigation is ongoing.

Republicans on the watchdog committees, including the Judiciary which is heading Joe Biden’s impeachment investigation, have suggested that the claim of an ongoing Hunter Biden investigation has only “been made to block oversight of the probe.” Lowell takes it further than that. Weiss can investigate all he wants but he can’t charge Hunter with a single thing. It’s a done deal, signed in blood, and Abby Lowell has the soul of David Weiss in a jar.
