The FBI may be safe from congress, for now, but a conservative legal group are suing them. America First Legal filed a complaint against the bureau for “concealing communications between the agency and Big Tech companies, including Facebook, regarding information posted online.” Information about Hunter Biden’s laptop and the explosive emails it contained.
FBI sued by conservatives
The FBI is violating the law. Former White House advisor for President Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, filed one of those infamous Freedom of Information Act requests. When it was inevitably denied, he filed suit over it. Raping Lady Liberty that way is a common occurrence and the government loses those fights regularly, as Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch will cheerfully confirm.
AFL alleges that the bureau broke the law by “failing to publicize its communications with Facebook and other Big Tech companies that worked with the agency to ‘censor news and information‘ about Hunter Biden’s laptop immediately before the 2020 presidential election.”
That’s a big deal. If the FBI had done their duty, Donald Trump would be in the oval office now. Thanks to that sneaky move, Trump can now legitimately claim “government in exile” status. In August, AFL asked the bureau to hand over “its communications with Facebook between October 1 and November 15 2020.”

Despite the limitation to one particular platform and a narrow scope of dates spanning a mere six weeks, the Federal Bureau of Instigation dared to call the FOIA request “overly broad.” They didn’t hand over a single thing.
Since Christopher Wray refuses obey the laws he and his instigators are entrusted to enforce, “AFL moved forward with filing a lawsuit to receive the communications.”
According to the complaint, the evidence suggests “that the FBI and Big Tech, including Facebook, colluded to interfere with the 2020 Presidential election first by falsely and maliciously labeling the laptop ‘Russian disinformation’ and then by censoring and/or discrediting all news about its contents.”
It skewed the election
As we’re approaching another election, the powers that be are pulling the same stunt again. “Now, barely a month before the 2022 midterm election, FBI officials continue to suppress information of great interest to American voters and stonewall AFL’s request for records relating to the FBI’s collusive scheme with Facebook to censor news and information about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop.”
There was a whole lot more on that device than Hunter’s collection of home made porno and impromptu PSA messages on the dangers of crack cocaine.

The collection spells out the entire family influence peddling scheme. The ones already leaked and confirmed as accurate and authentic clearly show exactly how access to Joe Biden was sold to shady interests around the world for big bucks. The FBI doesn’t even want to think about bringing those to light.
The best Democrats can hope for is that Hunter gets charged with nice clean tax charges and maybe some money laundering and foreign lobby no-no’s. They can cut him a quick plea deal and be done with it. None of the nasty corruption will jeopardize Joe that way. Even if it does, he’s senile enough that they can safely move him out of the way with ease.
Kamala doesn’t care if he goes out under a cloud of scandal and a big investigation as long as he goes quietly. Throwing Hunter under the bus could shield both the FBI and their Deep State Handlers. They have one big problem to neutralize before they are home free though. Facebook’s head honcho Mark Zuckerberg “admitted that his company censored news articles about Hunter Biden after the FBI reached out ahead of the 2020 election.” Some senators are looking into that now.
