Liberal Democrats inhabit a bizarre world. Actress Ali Wentworth just made a statement so controversial that heads are spinning. From the Clintons, to Jeffrey Epstein, to Ed Buck, everybody knows that Democrats tend to be perverts, or at least promote perverted concepts. Liberal propaganda endorses everything from the concepts of 58 separate gender choices, to child-love.” Putting it in that perspective, when the wife of ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos suggests for parents to watch porn with their kids, it almost seems tame. After all “you can’t stop them.”

A family night of porn programming

The actress who most recently played a starring role in the TV show “Nightcap,” Ali Wentworth, also happens to be married to ABC personality George Stephanopoulos. She has some controversial things to say on the subject of parenting, even for a liberal Democrat.

Since “you certainly can’t stop” kids from watching porn,” she blurted out in a recent interview. “parents should consider watching it with them to explain what is actually happening.” Sure, make some popcorn and have family fun night. Democrats that stick close to the moderate center-line are more than a little creeped out over that suggestion.

Wentworth made it crystal clear. In her household, “she would watch porn with her teenage daughters, Elliott, 17, and Harper, 15, at least ‘one time’ in order to explain to them that it’s a performance and not realistic.” That’s a step up to a higher level from simply turning a blind eye to what adolescents discover on their own, while answering questions as they come up. “I would look at the porn with them that one time, [and explain], ‘They’re performing.'”

Conditioned to look and act a certain way

“In porn, the women have been conditioned to look [and act] a certain way,” Wentworth clarified. She thinks that’s “dangerous because then boys see that as something women want.” She’s right that you can’t stop kids from watching sex. Both boys and girls are curious and it’s a subject they’re afraid to talk about, even with their peers. Videos and images provide a passive, non-threatening way, to explore the varieties and acrobatic options available.

Even open minded conservatives agree that censorship of porn is not the answer. Blocking access to what’s out there in the wild only “piques their curiosity.” Human being’s are nothing but mammals but it’s important for parents to act as a role model that mating is mostly about what happens outside the bedroom day after day.

Wentworth’s approach may be a little to extreme for young minds to comprehend. One can only imagine the psychological trauma that could come from such an experience, especially in less than perfect conditions. Normal households in America are anything but normal. Honesty and forthrightness are to be commended but viewing Porn is generally a private experience.

  1. Our second president John Adams said it best: “Morality alone is eternal. All the rest is balloon and bubble from the cradle to the grave.” A century or so later Joseph Stalin said: “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism; its spirituality and its MORALITY. If we can undermine these 3 areas America will collapse from within.”

    Stalin was prescient. Adams wasn’t!

  2. This is where children need to be protected and taught about why they are being set up by molesters. Kids need parents who will not brain wash them into a World of Child pornography that it is okay.
