FBI RETALIATES…Declares WAR

FBI

The FBI has openly declared war against conservatives, “purging” agents “with conservative viewpoints.” Jim Jordan say’s they’re also “retaliating against whistleblowers who have complained of misconduct.” That, he reminds, is illegal. Our Federal Bureau of Instigation seems to be allowed to commit any crimes they want. The rats are firmly in charge of guarding the Deep State cheese and Gestapo General Garland is fighting hard to keep it that way. After all, the Just Us Department really runs this country.

FBI purging all conservatives

What Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray are doing to the FBI amounts to a “purge” of staffers with conservative viewpoints. They also illegally retaliated against “whistleblowers who have complained of misconduct.

Ohio Republican lawmaker Jim Jordan won’t stand for that. Agents who blew the whistle on left-leaning bureau political bias lost their security clearance or even their job.

On Thursday, September 29, Jordan typed up a letter to the FBI about his concerns. He didn’t waste his time writing to Chief Instigator Chris or Gestapo General Garland. Instead, he wrote to the bureau’s executive assistant director of the Human Resources branch, Jennifer Moore.

Hopefully, she will bother to read it, which is more than her supervisors would have done. His letter highlights “cases of alleged retaliation.” It demands she follow the law and “sit for an interview with House Judiciary Committee Republicans.” There, he can grill her with the verbal equivalent of a blow torch.

During the course of this investigation, Jordan wrote, “we have received protected whistleblower disclosures that the FBI is engaging in a ‘purge‘ of employees with conservative views by revoking their security clearances and indefinitely suspending these employees.

His fellow Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have been investigating the bureau bias for a while.

Notices signed by her

The reason Jordan singled out Jennifer Moore was because she was the one to sign “many of the formal notices.” Specifically, what he told her was that “he had information indicating she had ‘retaliated against at least one whistleblower who has made protected disclosures to Congress.

That should have gained her full attention. He’s not real happy with the FBI for other reasons as well.

As he stated in his letter, one “individual shared with Judiciary Committee Republicans that the Justice Department was labeling some parents who showed up to school board meetings a threat allowing the DOJ to ‘prosecute them when appropriate.

The FBI called questioning the curriculum “domestic terrorism.” They used swat teams to go after grandparents on misdemeanor charges.

His committee isn’t about to let this one drop, Jordan warned Ms. Moore. “As we informed Director Christopher Wray, we take whistleblower retaliation seriously and we therefore require that you appear for a transcribed interview as soon as possible.

The FBI lawyers will soon be advising her to plead the fifth. They also won’t be scheduling her appearance sooner than November 10.

More to the story

This story has a quick last minute update. Word is out that the response will be the FBI followed the book. Jordan has a reply to her response.

FBI

Established policies and procedures, are you kidding me? In the past several weeks, they’ve raided the home of a former president, taking the phone of a sitting member of Congress, and we saw what they did to the pastor and his family and seven children: 20 agents, guns drawn, going to his house, when the local officials said there was no crime whatsoever. So established policies, you’ve got to be kidding me.

So that’s what’s going on at the FBI. And now what’s happening is the people who are brave enough to take whistleblower status and come talk to us, they’re coming after them.

He also noted, “we’ve learned of people’s security clearances being revoked and now suspensions for FBI whistleblowers who’ve come to us. So if that’s not retaliation, tell me what it is. Because it sure looks that way. I’m sure they got some something they’re going to say that, oh, it’s not. But that’s what it appears to the American people to be. That’s certainly what it appears to us and our lawyers to be.
