Facebook Lands in EXTREMELY HOT Water, Feds Make Their Move

Facebook has long been known as a puppet tool for globalists but the social media giant and it’s management team are in boiling hot water. The Feds just cracked down hard on their illegal practice of discrimination in favor of trans-national migrants. The Department of Justice just filed suit and it’s hard to see how they can wiggle out of this one.

Facebook F-d up  deplorables don’t like it

The Trump administration officially sued Facebook for discriminating against Americans on Thursday.

It seems they’ve been screwing deplorable U.S. job seekers, bending over domestic workers by handing thousands of top positions to “immigrant workers” holding guest visas.

The Justice Department complaint details that as recent as September 2019, Zuckerberg and company “discriminated against US workers by reserving job openings for temporary workers including H-1B visa holders.”

Management is laying low.

They sent an underling, Andy Stone, to face the music. “Facebook has been cooperating with the DOJ in its review of this issue and while we dispute the allegations in the complaint, we cannot comment further on pending litigation.”

There you have it. The DOJ spent two solid years building the case and demand reparations. “The Trump administration seeks civil penalties against Facebook as well as back pay for what the DOJ says is owed to US workers who were denied employment at Facebook.”

Do we have laws anymore?

While Americans wonder if we really do have laws anymore, since none of the elite ever gets any penalties, Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband insists, “our message to workers is clear. If companies deny employment opportunities by illegally preferring temporary visa holders, the Department of Justice will hold them accountable.”

The lawsuit was filed in an administrative law court at the Executive Office for Immigration which is a branch of the Justice Department. It’s not clear which faction has control, Deplorables or Deep State.

That’s not the only hot water Mark Zuckerberg is in these days. At least 40 states, so far, are poised to file “an antitrust lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook as early as next week,” reports note.

Earlier this week the public learned that authorities were preparing as many as four more cases targeting Google or Facebook by the end of January 2021.

That batch will “focus on whether the tech giants abused their power in the internet economy, focusing on Google’s position in the search and advertising industry and Facebook’s dominance in the social media market.”
